We commenced the project as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Stanley’s ready-made furniture showroom. The client initially allocated 120 days for the site completion. However, leveraging our reverse scheduling approach, we embraced the challenge of finishing the entire site in an ambitious 45-day time frame. The project is segmented into two phases, with our current focus on Phase 1.
