The predominant challenge in this project revolved around the lighting aspect, given its nature as a jewelry showroom. Following extensive discussions with the client, we collaboratively settled on partnering with the Japanese company, Endo Lighting. Phase 1 encompasses the completion of the 8th through 11th floors, the ground floor, terrace, and surrounding development. Our targeted completion date for this phase is March 2023.
