Engaging in a project covering 850,000 square feet, we encountered a primary challenge in coordinating MEPF services within the civil work. A secondary challenge involved the implementation of a significantly elevated facade, with each floor reaching a height of 16 feet. Despite these hurdles, we triumphantly delivered the project. Enlisting us as a PMC facilitated expedited decision-making and execution, enhancing overall project efficiency.
