Mr. Shah’s journey in Project Management for Civil and Interior projects reflects his expertise, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Starting as a site engineer in 2006, he progressed to founding The Magnate Projects in 2009. Under his leadership, the consultancy has excelled, delivering projects across Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, Institutional, and Resi-Com sectors. Besides his role as a project manager, Mr. Shah is a recognized Real Estate Valuer approved by the Government of India. Leading the diverse Magnate family, comprising Civil Engineers, Architects, MEPF Consultants, Interior Designers, and Project Managers, he demonstrates a commitment to skill enhancement and industry contribution.
